RedRoller ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy

application (the "App"). The App is designed for professional painting contractors to manage
inventory of Wooster products across their fleet.
Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy

2. Information We Collect
Personal Information
We collect the following personal information when you register for and use the App:

Account Information: Name, email address, role (crew member, lead, manager,
admin)
- Authentication: Password (encrypted), optional PIN for quick login
- Company Information: Company name, assigned truck number
Inventory Data
The App collects and stores inventory-related data to provide its core functionality:
- Product quantities, PAR levels, reorder points
- Inventory adjustments and transaction history
- Low stock alerts and notifications
- Product recommendations and search queries
- Order generation and submission data
Usage Information
We automatically collect certain information when you use the App:

- Log Data: Access times, app features used, crash reports

Location Data: We do NOT collect precise location data. General
connectivity status is used for offline sync.

4. Data Storage and Security
Cloud Storage
Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure using industry-standard
encryption:

At Rest: All data is encrypted in Cloudflare D1 database and R2 storage
- In Transit: All data transmissions use HTTPS/TLS encryption

Passwords: Hashed using PBKDF2 with 100,000 iterations (never stored in
plain text)
Local Device Storage
For offline functionality, the App stores data locally on your device using WatermelonDB
(SQLite). This local data is:
- Encrypted at rest using your device's built-in encryption
- Accessible only when you are logged in
- Automatically synced with our servers when you have internet connectivity
- Deleted when you logout or uninstall the App
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do NOT sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following
limited circumstances:
Within Your Company
Inventory data is shared among authorized users within your company based on role-based
permissions:
- Crew Members: Can view and edit inventory for their assigned truck
- Leads: Same as crew, plus transfer capabilities
- Managers: Can view all trucks, create orders, manage inventory
- Admins: Full access to all data and settings
Third-Party Integrations
With your explicit consent, we may share data with:

QuickBooks Online: To create purchase orders and sync inventory data (if
you enable this integration)

Wooster (PPG): Order information when placing Direct Buy orders over $1,500
Service Providers
We use the following trusted service providers:
- Cloudflare: Hosting, database, storage, and CDN services
- Expo: Mobile app build and update delivery
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and
safety.
6. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide
services. You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at the email
below.

Account Data: Retained until you request deletion or your company
terminates service

Inventory Transactions: Retained for 7 years for audit and accounting
purposes
- Log Data: Retained for 90 days for troubleshooting and security
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

- Correction: Update or correct inaccurate information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data

- Low stock alerts when inventory falls below reorder points
- Order status updates
- Important app updates or maintenance notices
You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings or within the App.

posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. You are
